1 carton Sour Cream
1 carton Cottage Cheese
1 pkg. Green Onion Dip Mix [Kroger or other]
1-2 fresh Jalapeņo Peppers
1/2 bunch Green Onions [with tops]
1/2 bunch Cilantro
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
In food processor chop Jalapeņo Peppers, Green Onion, Cilantro, then add Sour Cream and Dip Mix. Blend well. Pour into serving container and stir in Cottage Cheese. Chill before serving. If you want it smoother, add Cottage Cheese with Sour Cream.

Personal Notes:
I prefer it chunky so I stir in the Cottage Cheese. Serve with veggies, chips or crackers. To make it light - use Light or Fat-free Sour Cream and Cottage.
