1 large zucchini-cut in cubes 1 lb hot Italian sausage-sliced in chunks 1 small onion-diced 1 green pepper-diced 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 tsp garlic powder 8 oz mozzarella cheese
Saute sausage until begins to brown. Add zucchini, onions and peppers. Saute until vegetables are al dente. Add garlic power and stewed tomatoes. Simmer about 10 minutes. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Serve with Italian bread.
