3 eggs beaten lightly
1 c oil
2 c brown sugar
2 c grated zucchini
2 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 c nuts
3/4 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Mix eggs, oil & grated zucchini-mix well
Add dry ingredients-mix well.
Divide between two loaf pans.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
