Potatoes, Yukon Gold or Red
Olive oil
Kosher salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash potatoes, dry
Rub olive oil over each
Put in baking dish, add Kosher salt over potatoes.
Bake 1 hour.

The skin on these potatoes gets crispy and is so so good. Can half the potatoes, take out contents, smash, add butter, salt and pepper. Put back into shell and enjoy.
