2 lbs lean ground chuck
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup egg substitute or 2 egg whites
pepper
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, onion, breadcrumbs, pepper and egg whites. Combine remaining ingredients together to make a sauce. Add 3/4 cup of sauce to meat mixture. Mold meat into a loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
