1 or 2 packages of dry yeast
1/4 warm water

1 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 egg beaten
6-7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the yeast with 1/4 cup warm water, then place in large bowl add 2 cups of warm water and mix
Add salt, oil, egg mix well
Gradually add the flour until dough like consistency
Place in large greased bowl, cover with cloth until doubled in size.

Cut dough in half and place in 2 greased bread pans, cover, let rise again until doubled. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until golden brown, brush with melted butter while hot.
