Whole chicken parts or 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 can plum tomatoes drained
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 celery stalks, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Add all ingredients to crockpot and mix, cook on high for 4 hours. If chicken parts are used remove chicken after cooked and remove bones
