2 bags of frozen broccoli / cauliflower mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 cups 1/2 & 1/2
1 cup milk
8 oz. cheddar (cubed)
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Topping
1 1/2 cup Bisquick
12 tsp. dill weed
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered

Saute onions in butter until onions are tender
add 1/2 cup bisquick, stir in until smooth. Add half & half, milk, salt and pepper.

When heated, add cheddar, stirring often, do not let it stick. Stir until all cheese is melted. Remove from heat, add 2 tsp. soy sauce. Place veggies in 9 x11 baking dish, pour mixture over the veggies.

Top with mixture of Bisquick, dill and egg.
