3 Lg onions
2 Bell peppers
1 carrot
1 c white vinegar
3 c sugar
1 t black pepper
1 1/2 T plain salt
24 oz mustard

Directions:

Mix together and bring to a boil, Reduce temperature and cook for 15 - 20 minutes. Put in jars and seal
