Piraeus Shrimp Recipe

2 medium onions (chopped)
1 large green pepper (sliced)
3 large cloves garlic (chopped)
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
28 oz can tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/4 c. white wine
1 lb shrimp (shelled and deveined)
8 oz feta cheese (crumbled)

Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic i olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and spices. Bring to a boil and add wine, simmer for about 10 minutes. Add shrimp and when they begin to turn pink, stir in the feta cheese. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, and serve over rice.
