3 cups macaroni, cooked and drained
3 slices bacon, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 small jar pimentos, diced
Salt to taste
2 slices bacon, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté diced bacon and onion. Add to macaroni which has been placed in a large casserole dish. Add pimentos and salt. Stir well. Lay uncooked bacon slices on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
