Meat:
1 each 4 to 5 lb. pot roast
1/4 cup oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
3 to 5 carrots
1 cup red wine vinegar
3 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar

Gravy:
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. flour
Pinch of ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all meat ingredients together and cook in roasting pan on top of stove at medium heat for approx. 3 hours. Add extra water when needed. When done, thicken gravy with gravy ingredients.
