1-1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
8 medium potatoes
2 cans cream style corn
Salt, pepper and butter
Paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat. Peel and boil potatoes, drain and mash. Add salt, pepper and butter. Place corn in bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Place browned beef on top of corn and then add mashed potatoes. Dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
