1/2 c margarine (1 stick) 1 c sugar 2 eggs, beaten 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed) 2 c flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 c chopped nuts
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Add bananas. Sift dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 45 minutes longer.
