2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen cauliflower
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. flour
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 lb (2c.) fully cooked ham, 1/2" cubes
1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
1/4 c. black olives, sliced
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk or country style biscuits

Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Cook cauliflower for half of the time directed on the package.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and flour. Stir until well blended. Add undiluted cheese soup, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup of the sauce for topping. Stir in the ham, cauliflower and olives. Pour into 2 1/2 3 quart casserole. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; place around edge of casserole. Continue baking for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Pour reserved sauce over the biscuits, sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven for 3 minutes. Note: Can leave out the olives.
