2 cans black eyed peas, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1-2 jalapeņo peppers, chopped
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 diced tomatoes
1/3 bunch cilantro-chopped
2 diced avocados
8 oz bottle zesty Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients--except avocados, and pour dressing over all. Marinate at least 2 hours (best to made day before). Add avocados right before serving.
