9 lg fresh garlic cloves, peeled
4 tbs fresh lemon juice
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
3 tbs butter/margarine
1 tbs olive oil
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. dry white wine
1 bay leaf
1 tsp oregano
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbs parsley, chopped

Crush 4 garlic cloves and put in dish w/ lemon juice. Rub over chicken and let marinate for 10 minutes, turning once.
Melt butter and oil over med heat in large skillet, add chicken and saute 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add mushrooms, wine, bay leaf, oregano, salt and rest of garlic. COVER and cook 10 minutes.
Blend mustard and broth, add to skillet, re-cover and cook 10 minutes.
Remove chicken and whole garlic cloves to serving dish and keep warm, discard bay leaf.
Bring liquids in pan to boil and cook rapidly to reduce and thicken.
Pour liquid over check and sprinkle w/ parsley.
