3 CUPS OF HASH BROWNS SHREDS, THAWED, 1/3 CUP OF BUTTER, MELTED. 1 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE. 1 CUP OF SLICED HAM THAWED AND DICED.1/4 CUP FINLEY DICED RED PEPPER. 1/2 CUP OF MILK, 4 EGGS....PREHEAT OVEN 425 PRESS POATOES INTO BOTTOM OF A 9'' PIE PAN, DRIZLE BUTTER EVENLY OVER POTATOES AND BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES. PLACE CHEESE,HAM, AND PEPPERS OVER HASH BROWN CRUST. WHISK TOGETHER MILK AND EGGS AND POUR OVER HAM MIXTURE. REDUCE HEAT TO 350 AND BAKE FOR ADDITIONAL 25 MINUTES........
