6 slices of boneless chicken breast (may use turkey)
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1 t dill
6 thin slices swiss cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 T butter
2 T parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix mustard and dill. Spread on chicken slice. place slice of swiss cheese on top. Roll up. Dip in eggs and dredge in crumbs. Melt butter and saute roll ups until brown. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
