1 can crushed pineapple- drain and save the juice
3oz package lemon jello
8 oz cream cheese
2oz jar chopped pimento drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 pt cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Heat juice and gelatin (do not add any water). Mix cream cheese and pimento and add to gelatin. Cool until almost set. Stir in pineapple, nuts, celery, and cool whip. Pour into mold and set to chill.
