1 (2 layer) pkg yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz) pkg Jell-O lemon instant pudding
1/4 cup salad oil
1 cup water
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in large bowl. Blend. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes or 300 strokes by hand. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
