4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/3 to 1/2-inch thick, if large
1/4 cup white or red wine
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
1 tbsp. dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1 tbsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all but chicken and paprika in sealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts and marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours or over night.

Pre-heat oven to broil. Lightly grease a cookie sheet with sides.
Sprinkle with paprika. Discard remaining marinade.
Broil 6 to 8 inches from top heating element for 12 to 14 minutes.

Serve drizzled with melted butter, if desired.
