1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/8 cup oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cup buttermilk

1. Place first 5 ingredients into a bowl. Add buttermilk, oil and egg.
2. Toa pan heated on med high and sprayed with pam add desired batter for size that you want. When bubbles show on top, turn pancake.for 15-20 seconds. Turn over again to make sure it is done.
3. If batter is to thick add a little more buttermilk.
4. Serve warm with favorite syrup..
