1 2/3 c. milk
5 T. butter, melted
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease 8 to 12 deep muffin or popover cups well. Break eggs into bowl; beat until frothy. Beat in milk and melted butter. Gradually beat in flour and salt. Batter should be light but not foamy. Divide batter evenly into greased cups. Bake until very dark and well done, about 1 hour.
