Ingredients: 1 cup mlk 2 eggs 1 egg 13/ cup butter melted melted butter 1/2 box instant vanilla pudding 4 cups bread flour 1 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 3 tsp bread machine yeast(or rapid)
Filling 1/2 c butter softened 1 cup brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup chopped nuts 1/4 cup raisens (optional)
Icing 4 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup of butter softened 3 cups powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1-2 Tbsp milk (frosting need to be a good pouring consistency.

Directions:1. Place all ingredients in bread machine in order 2. Use dough cycle. 3. When cycle is finished remove dough and roll out to 17x10. Combine first 3 ingredients and spread over dough up to 1 1/2 inches from 17" edge. Sprinkle nuts and raisens on top. Starting with wide edge roll dough as tightly as possible. 4. Cut into 1 in to 1 1/4, place on lightly greased baking sheet cut side up, and let rise for 1 hour or until double in size. 5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until lighly golden on top. Let cool for 10 minutes and frost with icing |

Notes: These are the best cinnamonrolls you have ever eaten. If you don't have a bread maker you can use a mixer with dough hook or knead dough by hand for 10 minutes. Let rise until double and then follow instructions above.
