1 1/2 to 3 lbs of fresh vegetables such as:
small red potatoes
onions
green peppers
yellow peppers
carrots
1pkg of Lipton Herb and Garlic dry soup mix for every 1 1/2 lbs of vegetables
olive oil
one Hillshire Farms© Polska Kielbasa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix enough olive oil with the dry soup mix to form a paste-like marinade to coat vegetables. I prepare marinade in a large plastic bag and then add vegetables to coat.
Place the vegetables in a large glass baking dish.
Cut up Kielbasa into bite size pieces and stir into vegetable mixture.
If the kielbasa gets too crispy, cover with aluminum foil until veggies are done.
Bake at 450º until vegetables are fork tender.
