1 cup flour 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp sugar 1 cup beer 2 eggs
Blend dry ingredients together well. Beat the eggs, add water, then dry ingredients. Should be like thick cream
You can dip any veg. with this. We have also dipped fish in this and it is really good. With the left over beer you can drink it while you are frying your food. Might need a 6 pk depending on how long you fry.
