Ingredients:  
4-5 large Sweet Potatoes
1/2 cup butter divided
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake or microwave potatoes till soft.
Mash with 3 Tbsp of butter.
Spoon into 8-inch baking dish.
Combine crackers, pecans, 5 Tbsp butter, sugar, cinnamon, salt & pepper.
Top evenly over potatoes,
Bake 20-25 minutes @ 350 till brown.
