1 1/2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 1/4 cups Whipping Cream 1 1/2 cups milk 1 cube melted butter Add a tsp of cinnamon if desired
Whisk together in bowl.
Cut 1 loaf (1 1/4 lbs ish) dense bread into cubes, put in large bowl. Toss with above liquid. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Drizzle with 1/2 cup Carmel sauce. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, rotating as needed for even baking. Serve with more carmel sauce.
