2 lb. unpeeled, medium size shrimp
3 c. long grain and wild rice mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning

Directions:
Peel shrimp.
Cook rice, place in bowl and add shrimp, cheese, and soup.
Melt butter in skillet, add green onions, cook until tender.
Add green onions, Worcestershire, dry mustard, pepper, milk and Cajun seasoning to rice mixture.
Place combined ingredients into a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch or 2 quart baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 375º for 45 minutes.
