4 eggs, beaten 1 cup salad oil 2 cups sugar 2 cups pumpkin 2 cups flour 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup nuts
Mix together all of the above. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Frosting: 3 oz cream cheese 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar 2 T. butter 1T. milk Beat until fluffy. Top with chopped nuts, if desired
