2 1/4 c (9oz) shredded cheddar cheese (divided) 1 c uncooked elbow macaroni 4 eggs; 1/4 tsp salt; 2 1/4 c milk; 1/2 c Bisquick; 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 400º Grease a 10" pie plate. In medium bowl combine 2 c cheese and the macaroni. Sprinkle into the pie plate. Except for the remaining 1/4 c cheese, beat remaining ingredients until smooth for about 15 seconds in a blender on high speed (or 1 minute in large bowl with hand mixer). Pour into pie plate. Bake for about 40 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted (1-2 min). Cool for 10 minutes.
