1 lb ground turkey (beef)
1 pkg red. sodium taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 lb ripe tomatoes, chopped
6 scallions, trimmed, chopped
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg shredded taco cheese blend
1 c fat free sour cream
Baked tortilla chips for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground turkey in large skillet for 5 minutes until browned.
Stir in 3/4 c water & taco seasoning
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 min
Stir in refried beans util well combined & heated
through - set aside
In medium bowl mix together tomatoes, 1/2 c scallions, sugar, garlic & pepper.
In second medium bowl, mix together 1 1/2 c
shredded cheese and sour cream
In 8 c clear bowl layer half of each mix of turkey, tomatoes, & sour cream. Repeat, layering.
Scatter remaining 1/4 c scallions & 1/2 c cheese
over the top
