60 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 - 6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 - 14 oz. can Eagle brand condensed milk
1 - 8 oz. Cool Whip
2 - 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers. Add melted butter & sugar. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Save some for garnish.
Blend orange juice & condensed milk; Fold in cool whip & oranges - do not beat. Pour our crumb crust. Top with the reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze.
