1 pound lean ground beef
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) salsa chunky tomatoes undrained
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and bell pepper in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minute, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients;reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Serve with rice.
