1 lb beef stew meat
1 c water
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
2 potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 carrots, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 c peas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat over med heat for 5 minutes.
Stir in water, tomato sauce, potato, carrot, onion, soup mix, seasoning, garlic powder.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered 45 minutes.
Stir in peas; simmer 15 minutes longer
