9 Tbls Olive oil (divded)
3 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbls quick yeast
1 1/4 C warm milk.
1 tbls Rosemary or basil.
1 Tbls sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour 1 Tbls Olive oil into a 13x9' pan.
2. Pour milk into mixing bowl, yeast, salt, sugar, herb., and 3 Tbls oil. Mix with dough hook.
3. Add flour and mix with dough hook until smooth.
4. Sprinkle bottom of pan with a little flour. Spread dough evenly in pan, make indentions with finger, cover and let rise for 30 minutes
5. Brush dough with 1-2 tbls oil. Sprinkle top with a littl herb.
6. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. brush with remaining oil.
7. If desired may sprinkle parm cheese on top
