1 lb hamburger
2 cans stewed tomatoes or home bottled
1 can corn with juice or 2 cups frozen corn
2 cans small red beans rinsed and drained (or 1 can small red beans and 1 can red kidney beans)
1-2 cups water (depending on how thick you want it)
1 pk taco seasoning

Toppings:
Shredded cheese
sour cream
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
brown and drain hamburger
combine all ingredients except topping in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20-30 mins. Top with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
