1 Bunch of green onions chopped
1 stick of butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkgs. of frozen crawfish tails (thawed) and set aside

2 cans of cream of potato soup
1 can of Rotel
1 pt. of half & half
2 cans of whole kernel corn in liquid
juice of one lemon
Tonyís seasoning to taste.
1 Tablespoon of liquid Zatarain's seafood boil

Saute onions in butter. Add 8 oz. cream cheese to bunch of onions-stir until melted. Add 2 pkgs. Of frozen crawfish tails (thawed) and set aside

Mix cream of potato soup, Rotel, half & half, and corn in liquid.

Mix all the ingredients together. Add the juice of one lemon and Tonyís seasoning to taste.
Add 1 Tablespoon of liquid Zatarainís seafood boil. Simmer until ready to eat!
