4 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup cucumbers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. celery seed
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 hard boiled eggs
3-4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 cup sour cream (1/2 pint)
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skins until tender. Cool. Peel skins.
Combine first 7 ingredients. Separate eggs and add whites. Sieve yolks and add sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Add to potato mixture and chill several hours.
