1 onion sliced and sautéed in butter
1 box or jar mushrooms sautéed in butter
1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup diced ham
1 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
salt and pepper
3 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Put first four ingredients in a 9 inch pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and put over ham and mushroom mixture in pie shell. Sprinkle 1/8 tsp basil on top.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
