1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup water
4 tsp salt
4 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 8 oz. cans oysters
8 cups half & half
3 tbl butter
2 tbl parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, water, salt and worcestershire sauce. Add oysters and their liquid. Over medium heat, cook 10 - 15 min until oysters edges curl and centers are firm. Stir constantly. Add half & half and butter and heat to boiling. Let stand 10 min to blend flavor. Add parsley to garnish.
