2 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
2 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 T. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

Combine eggs, oil and milk. Blend. Add dry ingredients. Mix. Bake on hot waffle iron until golden brown.
