1 qt. Mayonnaise
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green olives (without the pimento center)
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, place all ingredients in order listed. Stir well. If too thick, thin with buttermilk, 1/4 cup at a time, until ready to use as dip. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for 24 hours. Will keep well in the refrigerator in a covered container. Serve with very crisp chips.
