1 8 or 9 inch graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 cup lime juice
yellow or green food coloring

Directions:

In a large bowl beat egg yolks. Add milk. Then lime juice. Pour into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
