1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
1 cup Crisco
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp soda
5 eggs well beaten
1 cup boiling water
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add 5 eggs well beaten. Add sugar, molasses, Crisco, cinnamon, ginger and soda. Add 1 cup boiling water alternating with 4 cups flour.

Bake at 350º until done. Frost with Powdered sugar frosting.
