Crunch Topping
1/3 c flour
1/3 c brown sugar
3 tbsp butter cut up

Batter
2 c flour
1/1/2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp cinna,on
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 med bananqs mashed
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/2 c sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Coat muffin tins with pam or papers.
2. Crunch topping: Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until resembles coarse crumbles.
3. In large bown whisk together flour, soda, cinna,mon, ntmeg and salt.
4. In medium bowl whisk together bananas, milk, both sugars, and butter until blended, Make a well in flour mixture put in egg Stir until moistened.
5. Spoon batter 2/3 full in each pan. Evenly spread crumble mixtue on top.
6. Bake for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
