3 cups self rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can (12 oz.) beer at room temperature
Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour and sugar together. Add beer and stir about 17 times. Bake in a greased pie pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Butter can be brushed on top before baking for added flavor. Let cool and serve.
