broccoli chunks
1 onion sliced
1 green bell pepper sliced
1 red bell peper sliced
1 can whole beans
1 package tortillas
sour cream
1 avacado diced

Steam broccoli chunks till well-done. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Grill or pan sear sliced onion and bell peppers.

Microwave or stove heat up beans.

Once above items are cooked, place in a dish and set on table. Set out the sour cream and diced avacado.

Assemble fajitas by filling a tortilla with some broccoli, onions, bell peppers, beans, sour cream and avacado.

Heat up tortillas by spraying a large pan with non-fat cooking spray and placing tortillas on top, then flipping till warmed up. Cover and place to side till completed.
