5 eggs separated
1/2 cup cold water
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks until thick and lemon color. Add water and beat 1 minute. Add add sugar and beat 1 minute. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, sift 3x. add to egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until foamy and add cream of tartar. Beat until stiff and whites form peaks (when beater is remove from them). Fold into egg yolks.
Bake 350º for 35 minutes
